Conducts survey of production facilities, kitchens and restaurants to assist customers in establishing sanitation and hygiene program
2. Hygiene and sanitation training
Conducts training for customers’ staff on basic hygiene and cleaning procedures. Bon Gre Corporation is an accredited course provider (ACP) of the FoodSHAP Food Safety Program which consists of three modules:
• Module I: Basic Food Safety for Food Handlers
• Module II: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for Food Service Professionals
• Module III: Food Safety Compliance Officer Training
Above training modules are accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) and participants who successfully complete the course requirements are issued certificates.
3. Customized brush fabrication
Supplies customized brushes that fit specifications of individual machines or applications of customers.
